Shipping & Returns
At SR Wholesale Trading, we are committed to supplying high-quality ICUMSA raw sugar and premium sunflower oil to our wholesale clients worldwide. Due to the nature of bulk commodity trading, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.
1. Wholesale Transactions
All sales are considered bulk wholesale transactions and are governed by the terms outlined in the Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, and agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
Because our products are food-grade bulk commodities, returns are limited and subject to strict conditions.
2. Inspection & Claims
Buyers are required to inspect goods upon arrival at the destination port or delivery location.
Any claims regarding:

Product quality
-
Quantity discrepancies
-
Packaging damage
Must be submitted in writing within 5–7 business days of receipt of goods, along with supporting evidence (inspection reports, photos, official surveyor reports).
3. Quality Assurance
We ensure that all ICUMSA sugar and sunflower oil shipments meet agreed specifications before dispatch. Independent inspection certificates may be provided prior to shipment upon request.
Refunds or compensation will only be considered if the goods fail to meet the contractual specifications confirmed in the Sales Agreement.
4. Non-Returnable Goods
Due to food safety regulations and international trade practices:

Opened, used, or resold goods cannot be returned.

Products that have been improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for refund.

Market price fluctuations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
5. Refund Process
If a claim is approved:

Refunds may be issued via the original payment method, or
-
A replacement shipment or partial compensation may be arranged, as mutually agreed.
Processing times depend on banking procedures and contractual terms.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, damages, or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, shipping disruptions, government restrictions, or port delays.
